Individual counselling
Counselling is a powerful tool to explore the areas in your life where you feel stuck to find your individual solutions. Some of the most prevalent issues I'm working with are:
-
Relationship challenges
-
Workplace stress and perfectionism
-
Mild depression
-
Identity struggles
-
Immigration stress
-
Overwhelming emotions like anger and fear

In our counselling sessions, I provide a warm and safe space for you to be heard and gently find out who YOU really are.
Counselling goals might be to learn how to...
-
Prioritize and make the right choices for yourself
-
Deal with your challenging emotions
-
Reevaluate your goals and aspirations
-
Build up your self-esteem and confidence
-
Be aware of your needs and how to communicate them
-
Create balance and deeper connections in your relationships
-
Feel relaxed, confident and safe to be yourself
-
Take gentle steps towards the life you want to live
My Counselling Process
It can feel intimidating to start counselling, especially when you don't know what to expect. So here is a quick overview of how I work with my clients.
15-min consultation
This time is for us to get to know each other so you can find out if you feel comfortable with me and my approach. I will ask you something like "What brings you to counselling?" or "What do you hope will be different by the end of our work together?" and of course, you can also ask me all the questions you might have.

Counselling Sessions
I provide a warm and non-judgmental space where I will listen, support and guide you, cheer you on, challenge your thinking and offer a fresh perspective without any judgment. Here are some of the approaches I use:
-
Client-centered
-
Mindfulness
-
Life-coaching
-
Solution-focused Therapy
-
Somatic Therapy
-
Systems Theory
-
Trauma-informed
I sincerely believe in the abilities and resources of my clients and my focus is on uncovering your strengths and finding your voice and power.
